At Search Marketing Expo, Bing’s Vincent Wehren, the Lead Program Manager for Bing Webmaster Tools, said they have no plans on ever giving a ranking boost to websites that switch to HTTPS.
In August, Google began giving sites that use HTTPS a ranking boost as a bit of an incentive to webmasters for helping secure the web.
Bing on the other hand feels that they want to “give searchers content they want” and they do not feel that using HTTPS is a ranking signal that should be used.
So for the foreseeable future, going HTTPS will not benefit you in Bing’s search results.
